Online Withdrawal from Contract

In accordance with applicable Croatian and European Union consumer protection legislation, consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without providing a reason, unless a statutory exception applies.

What Happens Next?

Once your withdrawal request has been received:

  • We will send you an email confirming receipt of your request.
  • We will provide any necessary instructions regarding the return of the goods, where applicable.
  • Refunds will be processed in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation after the legal conditions for withdrawal have been met.

Refunds

Following a valid withdrawal, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of our standard delivery option, in accordance with applicable consumer protection law.

If you selected a delivery method that is more expensive than our standard delivery option, the additional cost of that upgraded delivery service will not be reimbursed.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.
